摘    要:简要分析了循环流化床锅炉内部气体和物料的运行及循环流化床锅炉配烧弛放气的可行性,讨论了弛放气配入位置、喷入角度和喷入压力的确定。兖矿鲁南化肥厂两台75 t/h循环流化床锅炉配烧弛放气工业应用的实践表明,配烧弛放气后,锅炉内部扰动性能加强,炉内颗粒可燃物分布更均匀,强化了炉膛内的传热效果,减轻锅炉水冷壁管的磨损,延长运行周期,提高了锅炉的热效率;同时可减少环境污染,增加经济效益。

Abstract:The operation between the gas and materials inside the circulating fluidized bed boiler and the feasibility of purge gas blend were analyzed in brief. The blending location, the ejecting angle and the manner in determining the boiler pressure at the time of ejection were discussed. The practice of the purge gas blend for the two 75 t/h circulating fluidized bed boilers at the Yancon Lunan Chemical Fertilizer Plant showed that such a blend could strengthen the internal disturbance, homogenize the distribution of the particle combustibles, improve the heat transfer efficiency in the upper, middle and lower parts of the of the fire box, reduce the wear and tare of the tubes of the cooling screen, prolong the oper- ation cycle, raise the thermal efficiency of the boiler, reduce its pollution of the environment and improve the economic performance of the enterprise.
