| 摘 要： | 研究了应收集的装备质量信息的主要项目，分析了对装备质量信息可用度进行评估的主要指标，提出了装备质量信息可用度的概念，给出了基于层次分析法的装备质量信息可用度量化评估模型和评估算法，并结合实例进行了计算，计算结果表明该评估方法科学合理，具有实际应用价值。 |

| Abstract: | This paper studies the main items of equipment quality information that should be collected, then analyzes the main indexes to assess the availability of equipment quality information, and suggests the concept of equipment quality information availability. Finally the quantitative assessment model and algorithm of equipment quality information availability based on the analytic hierarch process is proposed. An example of calculation is given. The results of calculation show that the assessment method is scientific and has practical value. |
