改进带电更换500 kV线路耐张绝缘子串的方法

针对500kV输电线路带电更换耐张绝缘子串中存在着绝缘子短接片数过多的问题，提出了用绝缘吊带代替绝缘拉杆的新思路，并将导线侧卡具安装的位置作了适当的调整，使绝缘子串短接的片数得以减少，达到了带电作业的安全规定，具有较高的推广价值。

To Improve the Method of Live Replacement of 500 kV Tension Insulator String

In view of the problem that too many pieces had to be shorted during the live replacement of 500 kV tension insulator string.It was pointed out that the irrational design of the working tool was the main cause.By means of proper adjustment of the fix location of clamping device at conductor side,the number of pieces to be shorted was reduced and the safety requirement for live working was met.A new idea of using insulating strip instead of insulating stick was put forward as well.
