| 摘 要： | 结合信息化装备保障实际，认清信息化装备合同商保障的地位作用，找出信息化装备合同商保障面临的问题，提出健全机制、规范管理，健全法规、完善制度，改革标准、共享信息等建议，确保信息化装备合同的效能发挥、保证其顺利实施和破除其技术堡垒。对促进国防、国民经济协调发展，提高信息化装备保障能力，构建信息化装备军民一体化保障体系，具有重要的现实意义。
