粮食热、湿性能测定的研究

摘    要:粮食的温度和含水率(湿度)是安全储粮的重要指标。不合理的储藏方式,会使粮食品质劣变速度加快,甚至会霉烂变质。因此,了解掌握不同粮食的各种物性参数,是保管好粮食的有利因素。本文是属于粮仓热湿性能专题研究的一部分,着重对各种粮食不同物性参数进行了系统测定,找出了相互之间的关系,整理、绘制了图表和计算公式,介绍了测定方法,为粮食在保管过程中热湿性能提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The grain temperature and moisture content are two important indexes in its safe storage. Undesirable storage methods will speed up the deterioration of grain quality and will even cause the grain to mildew.Therefore, having a Sound knowledge of the various parameters of different sorts of grain is beneficial to its being kept in a good state. This paper is part of a series of researches into the heat and moisture properties of grain and it places emphasis on the systematic determination of the various parameters of different sorts of grain and their corr-elaton. We are here introducing the readers to our charts and tables,calculation formulas and determination method,thus providing some theoretical basis for the storage of grain with regard to its heat and moisture propeties.
