| 摘 要： | 赤水河流域跨川、滇、黔3省，是长江上游南岸一级支流。为保护长江上游珍稀特有鱼类及其生境和国酒茅台的水源地，加强赤水河流域水资源保护十分必要和迫切。在调查分析赤水河流域水资源保护现状及存在问题的基础上，研究提出了赤水河流域水资源保护的原则与目标，以及加强水资源配置与管理，妥善处理好保护与开发的关系，优化产业布局，加强污染源控制，加强水生态保护与修复，进行生态补偿机制研究与试点；以及建立流域水资源保护协作机制等措施。
