| Abstract: | Applying multi-step linear regression,this study examines the relation between charismatic leadership and group learning,and the moderating effect of group goal specificity.Data was collected from a large sample of 89 students' research project groups from a comprehensive university in China.Results show that charismatic leadership is positively associated with group learning when the group has a specific goal.However,there is no significant effect between them without a specific group goal. |
