摘    要:为实现油井抽油机参数实时监控,利用ZigBee无线数据传输,实现数据的采集、存储、显示控制系统。系统以ZigBee模块为核心,前端采用压力传感器、温度传感器、电流传感器进行测量,得到的数据通过ZigBee模块以无线局域网的方式输出。接收端为手持设备,通过ZigBee模块接收并显示。该系统工作稳定,使用方便,为掌握抽油机生产状况提供极大的帮助。

Abstract:To realize real-time monitoring of oil well pumping unit parameters,ZigBee wireless short pass transmission is adopted for data collection,storage,display and control system.With ZigBee module as the core,the front-end system employs pressure sensor,temperature sensor,and current sensor to measure internal data of the oil well.Using ZigBee module and wireless local area network technology,the system is able to complete data output.The receiving end is the handheld device,which receives and displays data by ZigBee module.The system has the chracteristics of stability and convenience,which offers users great help for mastering pumping unit production situation.
