| 摘 要： | 结构是发挥系统总体功能的重要条件。调整高等教育结构的目的是为了充分发挥高等教育系统的功能，使其能产生更好的经济效益和社会效益。从调整与优化高等教育结构的必要性入手，剖析了目前高等教育结构存在的问题，提出优化专业设置、课程总体结构，使布局结构日趋合理等举措。

| Abstract: | The structure is an impoitant condition to give full play of system total function. The purpose of adjusting higher education structure is to develop the function of higher education system and to make it produce better economic benifits and social benefits. From the necessity of adjusting and optimizing present higher education structure this paper analyses some problems ekisted in higher education at present and puts forward some measure to optimize professional arrangement, total course organization and to make their distribution structure gradully reasonable. |
