基于极坐标和小波的印章配准方法

摘    要:根据印章印文图像的特点,提出了基于极坐标和小波的印章配准方法,该方法基本思想是:将印章印文图像从背景中提出,然后通过外接矩形中心的偏差求得位移,外接矩形之间宽度之比和高度之比来求得缩放系数,最后在极坐标系内采用多尺度小波分解的方法求得旋转角度。试验证明本算法用于印章配准精度很高。

Abstract:According to the characteristics of seal images,this paper proposes a simple and fast polar coordinates and wavelet based method to seal image registration.The main steps of this method are that segmenting the seal images from background;computing the translations in the horizontal and vertical directions according to the displacements of center points;computing the scale factor according to the ratio of seal areas computing the changing angle with muhiscale wavelet decomposition in the polar coordinates domain.Experiments on the synthetic and practical images have shown th at the proposed method is robust.
