摘    要:
考虑逆变系统中死区及续流对输出电压的影响,利用傅立叶变换,从正弦脉宽调制(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation,简称SPWM)波积分区间角度出发,对单相全桥倍频三电平逆变桥的输出电压进行了定量分析,研究了一种基于DSP控制器的死区补偿方法。仿真与试验均验证了数学分析的正确性。该方法简单实用,达到了补偿效果。

Abstract:
With the impact of dead-time and flywheel diodes on output voltage in an inverter system considered,on the view of integral section,double Fourier transform is used to analyze the output voltage of a single-phase frequency-doubled three-level SPWM(Sinusoidal Pulse Width Modulation) inverter bridge quantitatively.A simple compensation method is studied based on the DSP controller and the theory is described in graph.Both the simulation and experiments validate the analysis.The research results show this method is very simple and can be carried out easily,and also a excellent effect is achieved.
