铝电解槽散热量及其分布规律

摘    要:建立了电解槽热量分布的数学模型,该模型可对各种容量电解槽散热量分布进行计算,本文亦给出了350kA至200kA的电解槽的散热量分布计算结果。总体来说,电解槽顶部散热比例为51%,侧部散热比例为41.3%,底部散热比例为7.7%。在整个生产过程中,工艺向车间环境散发的热量约占总散热量的80%。

Abstract:Mathematic model is established of cell heat distribution to calculate heat dissipating capacity distribution of different cells.The papar shows the calculated heat dissipating capacity of cells from 350kA to 200kA.In generalll,the heat dissipated from the top of the cell accounts for 51%,41.3% from side and 7.7% from the bottom.During the production,it emits the heat amount to the ambient accounting for 80% of total heat amount.
