摘    要:针对江苏沙钢宏发炼钢厂180 t RH真空炉在脱碳过程中发生喷溅,从真空脱碳原理、脱碳过程分析了喷溅产生的原因,认为前期快速脱碳是导致喷溅的主要原因。结合生产实践,通过改变预抽模式,合理控制真空度,优化提升气体模式和吹氧操作,优化冷却小废钢加入时间和加入量,有效地控制了真空脱碳过程的喷溅,并产生了明显的经济效益。

Abstract:It is analyzed the reason of spitting in decarburization in 180 t RH vacuum furnace from vacuum decarburization principle and the course.It is considered that the main reason of spitting is too fast decarburization during the earlier period.Based the production practice,the spitting is effectively controlled with the following measures: changing forvacuum mode,reasonable controlling vacuum degree,optimizing degassing mode and oxygen blowing operation,optimizing quantity and time of adding cooled small pieces of scrap.Obvious economic profit got.
