| 摘 要： | 为满足快速发展的石油和天然气行业对输送管道的市场需求，济钢结合自身实际，采用铁水预处理脱硫→120t转炉冶炼→LF精炼→VD→CCM工艺路线生产X70石油管线钢，通过脱硫、脱氧、软吹等生产工艺控制，实现铸坯表面无缺陷，内部质量良好，化学成分控制精确，并有效降低了X70钢中的P、S、气体及夹杂物含量。

| Abstract: | To meet the market requirement for transportation pipeline from fast-developed petroleum and natural gas industry,the X70 petroleum pipeline steel is produced based on the actual condition of Ji Steel with the following process route: pretreatment of molten iron→smelting with 120 t converter→LF refining→VD→CCM.With production process control of desulfurization,deoxidation and soft-blowing,it is realized no defects on the surface of casting billet,good inner quality,precise control of chemical composition and effectively reducing P,S,air and inclusion in X70. |
