| 摘 要： | 对影响炼钢厂VD炉离站温度合格率的各种因素进行了分析,结合湘钢炼钢厂的实际情况,通过采取稳定转炉出钢温度、调整CAS站吹氩模式、稳定生产周期、优化LF炉的操作、改善钢包的保温效果等措施,VD炉的离站温度合格率由86.7%提高到98.5%以上。 |

| Abstract: | It is analyzed the various factors to affect the outgoing temperature of VD furnace.Based on the actual condition of Steelworks of Xiang Steel,the following measures are adopted: stabilizing tapping temperature of converter,adjusting argon-blowing mode of CAS station,stabilizing production period,optimizing operation of LF furnace,improving holding-temperature effect and etc.The qualified ratio of outgoing temperature of VD furnace increases from 86.7 to over 98.5 percent. |
