高挥发分1/3焦煤配煤炼焦的试验研究

摘    要:研究山东地区高挥发分1/3焦煤放置时间过长后煤质的劣化情况,及其替代河南地区1/3焦煤参与配煤炼焦试验对配煤质量及所得焦炭质量的影响。结果表明,山东地区偏气煤性质的高挥发分1/3焦煤放置时间过长后煤质劣化严重,其参与配煤炼焦对配合煤的挥发分和G值影响明显,随着其配入量的增加,焦炭质量逐渐下降,其最大配入量以不超过6%为宜。

Abstract:The presem paper introduces the quality degradation of Shandong high volatile 1/3 coking coal after a long time span of storage and the trial studies on coal blending for coking purpose with Henan 1/3 coking coal in place of the previously used Shandong 1/3 high volatile coking coal as well as the effect of the quality of the blended coal on the quality of the coke. Results show that the quality of Shandong coking coal will be severely deteriorated after a long time storage due to its high volatility and therefore the volatility and G value of the blended coal can be prominently affected only if Shandong 1/3 coking coal is used in coal blending for coking purpose and with the increase of the feed-in of this coking coal the quality of the coke will decline gradually. It's proved that the maximum feed-in amount of this coal in the coal blending should be controlled within the limit of 6 %.
