| 摘 要： | 针对钻井过程中经常发生的钻柱失效问题，从材料疲劳寿命、腐蚀环境、现场使用情况等方面综合阐述了钻柱使用寿命的不确定性，认为现有的计算模型不能；住确预测钻柱的使用寿命，解决问题的出路在于了解钻柱的使用环境，尽量减少钻柱腐蚀和消除钻柱振动。 |

| Abstract: | Drill string failure occurs frequently, which is difficult to be predicted. The uncertainty of drill string lifespan is investigated in the respects of fatigue damage, corrosion environment and field conditions. It is regarded that any models on drill string lifespan cannot produce precise results, and measures should be taken to reduce environment corrosion and to constrain drill string vibrations. |
