| 摘 要： | 房地产估价和房地产经纪在房地产交易中无处不在，两之间的合作紧密。然而，在房地产交易中，房地产估价与房地产经纪之间存在很多问题。就存在的问题进行分析，并提出几点增强合作的建议。
