摘 要: | 为量化后勤装备保障能力,查找后勤装备建设薄弱环节,对后勤装备保障能力进行评估。以G1法与熵权法组合确定权重,将G1法主观确定指标重要性之比以熵权法指标差异系数之比替代,创新主客观权重组合方式;运用云模型建立评估模型,将指标云模型与指标权重综合运算得到综合评价云模型,通过云图对比确定评估结果;分析评估结果,可知通过提高卫生装备、野营装备、维修装备、仓库装备的建设水平,可显著提升整体保障水平。结果表明,基于改进组合赋权-云模型的后勤装备保障能力评估方法有效、可行。

Evaluation of Logistics Equipment Support Capability
Based on Improved Combination Weighting-cloud Model |

Abstract: | In order to quantify the support capability of logistics equipment and find out the weak links in the
construction of logistics equipment, the support capability of logistics equipment is evaluated. The weight is determined by
the combination of G1 method and entropy weight method, and the ratio of index importance determined by G1 method is
replaced by the ratio of index difference coefficient of entropy weight method, which innovates the combination of
subjective and objective weights. The evaluation model is established by cloud model, and the comprehensive evaluation
cloud model is obtained by the comprehensive operation of index cloud model and index weight, and the evaluation result is
determined by the comparison of cloud charts; By analyzing the evaluation results, it can be concluded that the overall
support level can be significantly improved by improving the construction level of medical equipment, camping equipment,
maintenance equipment and warehouse equipment. The results show that the evaluation method of logistics equipment
support capability based on the improved combined weighting-cloud model is effective and feasible. |
