摘    要:为了解浅圆仓玉米储藏全年的粮堆温度变化规律,采用实仓调查的方法分析了广东地区一浅圆仓玉米入仓后第一年粮温在垂直方向和水平剖面上的变化,并通过温差和露点评估了粮堆表层的结露风险。结果表明:在垂直方向上,粮面下5 m范围内粮食受夏秋季太阳热辐射影响,温度超过20℃的时间在2个月以上,空调控温工艺能将仓温和表层粮温有效降低至25℃及以下,但在秋季空调关闭后,粮面下9 m范围的粮温有不同程度反弹升高;在水平剖面上,内外圈温差明显,温差大小受粮层深度和季节影响,同时受仓体周围遮挡物影响,阳光直射多的方向粮温高于其他方向;粮堆表层内圈范围在空调控温前结露风险较高。

Study on temperature distribution of corn grain mass in squat silo in Guangdong area
Abstract:In order to understand the regularity for change of grain mass temperature in the whole year of corn storage in squat silo, in this paper, we used the method of actual survey to analyze the grain temperature distribution of corn grain mass in vertical direction and horizontal section direction in a squat silo in Guangdong area. And based on the temperature difference and dew point, the risk of condensation on the surface was evaluated. The results showed that in the vertical direction, due to the influence of solar thermal radiation in summer and autumn, the time for the grain temperature to exceed 20 °C within 5 meter below the grain surface was more than two months, and the use of air-conditioning temperature control technology could effectively reduce the temperature of the warehouse and surface grains to 25 °C and below. However, after the air conditioner was turned off in autumn, grain temperature in the range of 9 meter below grain surface increased to varying degrees. In the horizontal section, the temperature difference between the inner and outer circles was obvious, which was affected by the depth of the grain layer and the season. At the same time, in different directions, the temperature in the direction without obstructions around the silo body was higher. There was higher risk of condensation in the inner circle of the grain mass surface before air-conditioning temperature control technology.
