逆流分选柱的应用现状及理论分析

摘    要:逆流分选柱是近20年来国内外普遍用于煤炭分选的液固流化床设备,主要由流化床和斜板区域两部分组成。逆流分选柱适用范围广,能有效分离具有一定密度差异的两种矿物,能应用于细粒物料的分选。因此,逆流分选柱不仅局限于煤炭的分选,对于铁矿或有色金属矿也有一定的分选效果。在绿色矿山政策的倡导下,重选这类污染小、成本低的选别方法更加不可或缺,而在矿石性质愈发复杂的情况下,传统重选设备越来越难以高效便捷地处理物料。对此,本文就几类主要的逆流分选柱进行详细阐述,并解释其对应的分选理论,为此类新型重选设备的应用提供参考。

Abstract:Reflflux classififier is a gravity separation equipment commonly used for coal separation in foreign countries in the past 20 years. It is mainly composed of a fluidized bed and an inclined plate area, which can efficiently separate minerals based on density. Compared with other gravity separation equipment, Reflflux classififier has higher processing capacity, which is determined by the larger settlement area of its inclined plate part. Reflflux classififier has a wide range of applications, as long as it is two minerals with a certain density difference, it can achieve effective separation. Therefore, it is not only limited to coal separation, but also has a certain separation effect for other iron ores or non-ferrous metal ores. Reflflux classififier can perform a classification function and can be used for desliming operations. Under the advocacy of today"s green mine policy, sorting methods with low pollution and low cost such as gravity separation are more indispensable. In the case of increasingly complex ore properties, traditional gravity separation equipment is becoming more and more difficult to be efficient and convenient. processing ore. In this regard, several main types of Reflflux classififier are expounded, and their separation theory is explained to provide reference for the application of this new type of gravity separation equipment.
