互感器油中氢含量超标的原因及对策

摘    要:一批新互感器在安装时发现油中氢含量超标,经过脱气处理投入了运行,之后油中氢含量持续增长并达到了很高值。结合多起类似案例进行分析,认为出现这种现象的原因是油中一些烃在镍的催化作用下发生了脱氢反应,并对脱气处理提出了新的见解。

Abstract:When installing a batch of new transformers it discovers that the hydrogen content in oil was exceeded,but this batch of transformers went into operation after degassing treatment,the hydrogen content rose continually and came up to very higher value.After analysis in combining many similar cases,it is considered that the cause of such this phenomenon is that some hydrocarbon in oil occurs dehydrogenation reaction under catalysis of nickel,and new view for degassing treatment is presented.
