| 摘 要： | 基于SolidWorks参数化设计方法，讨论了加工刀具对渐开线齿轮齿廓形成的机理，建立了轮齿渐开线部分和齿根过渡曲线精确数学模型，满足计算机辅助产品设计／制造（CAD／CAM）的需要，结合实例，分别讨论了直齿、斜齿和内齿圆柱齿轮的三维建模方法，并运用SolidWorks内嵌的VBA实现齿轮的精确造型。
