| 摘 要： | 酶联免疫分析法广泛应用于临床检测、生化分析等领域。本文以各种标记酶为线索 ，综述了近年来酶联免疫分析法的研究进展，包括辣根过氧化物酶，碱性磷酸酯酶，青霉素 酶等标记酶和各种测定方法如荧光法、发光法、电化学分析法等，及其在分析测试中的应用 。引用参考文献５４篇。

| Abstract: | Enzyme-linked Immunoassay has been widely applied to the clinical and biochemical analysis. This review deals in details with the recent development o f enzyme-linked immunoassay, which includes the labeled enz ymes such as alkaline phosphatase, horseradish peroxidase and pencillianse as well as the detection m ethods such as fluorescence, chemiluminescence, electrochemistry and the applica tion in analytical chemistry. |
