摘    要:与粉煤灰相比,攀钢提钛渣的密度较大、颗粒较粗,以其替代粉煤灰生产加气混凝土时会使料浆黏度降低,而采用传统铝粉发气剂容易造成气泡合并和逃逸,使发气效率降低.为此,采用普通混凝土引气剂与传统铝粉复合,开发出一种新型蒸压加气混凝土的发气材料,用于制备含大量攀钢提钛渣的加气砌块.与纯铝粉发气剂相比,该材料能显著增加料浆稠度,使单位质量发气剂的发气效率提高17%;通过扫描电镜观察到,所制备的含攀钢提钛渣蒸压制品中,主要水热合成产物为结晶良好的托贝莫来石、水化水石榴子石和不同反应程度的粉煤灰球,一些提钛渣颗粒未发生水热合成反应.

Abstract:Comparing with that of fly ash,density and diameter of the extracted titanium blast furnace slag of Pangang(TZ) are higher.If fly ash is replaced by TZ to prepare aerated concrete block,some of air bubble entrained by aluminium powder is easy to incorporate and escape out of mortar because of the reduction of consistency.So the air entraining efficiency of traditional aluminium powder decreases.A novel air entraining agent containing normal air entraining agent of concrete and aluminium powder will increase...
