缓倾斜薄矿体机械化上向水平高分层分区充填采矿法

华东某金矿属于贵重金属缓倾斜类难采薄矿体。针对原采矿方法中存在的矿石损失贫化率高,采场生产能力低的问题,提出了充填开采新方案。新方案基于矿体和围岩均稳固的矿岩性质,增加采场的长度、阶段高度至100、50 m,提高开采分层高度至5 m,结合机械化开采生产效率高、作业安全的特点提出机械化上向水平高分层充填采矿法。为增大采场生产能力,降低矿石的损失率和贫化率,减少矿石开采成本,采用两步凿岩、分次出矿、一次分区充填的不留矿柱连续回采工艺,充填物料选用复合早强胶结材料和尾砂。生产实践表明:新方案回采效率明显增加,采场生产能力提高40%左右,矿石损失率和贫化率分别下降6%、5%,采矿直接成本与原采矿方法相当,矿山开采可以获得较高的经济效益和生态效益。

Mechanized Upward Horizontal High Hierarchical Partition Filling Method for the Gently Inclined Thin Orebody

A gold mine in East China is belongs to a kind of difficult mining thin orebody of precious metal and gentle-dipping,a new scheme of backfilling mining is proposed to deal with the problems of high ore loss and dilution rate and low stope production capacity of the original mining method of the mine. The new scheme is based on the properties of high stability of ore bodies and surrounding rocks,extending the stope length and height to 100 m and 50 m,and increasing the mining height to 5 m,combined with the mechanized mining characteristics of high production efficiency and operation safety,the mechanized upward horizontal high hierarchical partition mining method is proposed. In order to increase the production capacity,lower the ore loss and dilution rate and reduce mining cost,the continuous mining method without pillar of two step drill,gradual ore drawing,once section filling is adopted,the composite early strength cement materials and tailings are taken as the filling mate-rials. The production results show that the recovery efficiency of the new scheme is improved obviously,the production capacity is increased about 40%,ore loss and dilution decreased by 6% and 5% respectively,the mining direct cost is equal to the o-riginal mining method,therefore,high economic and ecological benefit can be obtained by using the new mining method pro-posed in this paper.
