摘    要:云南个旧某铅锌尾渣含铅9.87%、含锌6.25%,铅、锌多与脉石相互包裹,导致铅、锌分离较为困难。为回收该尾渣中铅、锌,进行了硫酸浸锌—浸渣重选选铅试验。结果表明:在浸出温度为70℃、硫酸用量为15%、氢氟酸用量为3%、给料粒度为-0.5 mm、液固比为1.5、浸出时间为120 min条件下,可以获得锌浸出率为97.02%、浸渣铅品位为15.37%的指标,浸渣磨细至-0.045 mm占90%,经摇床1粗1精重选,获得的铅精矿铅品位为45.68%、含锌0.24%、铅作业回收率为89.98%,铅锌分离指标较好。铅锌尾渣浸出反应后所得浸渣结晶状态比较致密,有新物相生成;浸出过程铅转变为难溶硫酸铅,锌转变为易溶硫酸锌,从而可通过固液分离实现分离铅、锌。

Abstract:There is 9.87% lead,6.25% Zn in a lead-zinc tailings from Gejiu,Yunnan.Most of lead,zinc packaged each other with gangue,it is difficult to separate lead from zinc.Zinc leaching-gravity separation by shaking table experiment was put forward to recovery lead and zinc.Test results showed that:leaching temperature is 70 ℃,dosage of sulfuric acid is 15%,dosage of hydrofluoric acid is 15%,granularity of leaching materials extract is-0.5 mm,Iiquid-solid ratio is 1.5,leaching time is 120 min,zinc leaching rate can reach 97.02%,Pb grade of leaching residual is 15.37%,leaching residue ground to90% passing 0.045 mm,via one roughing-one cleaning gravity separation by shaking table,lead concentrate with lead grade 45.68%,0.24% Zn,lead recovery rate of 89.98% was obtained,separation effect of lead and zinc is good.After leaching process,crystalline state of leaching residual is dense,and new mineral phrase was generated;lead changes into indissolvable lead sulfate,zinc changes into soluble zinc sulfate during leaching process,lead and zinc was separated through solid-liquid separation.
