地下厂房硐室开挖及大体积混凝土浇筑仿真分析

摘    要:以某水电站为工程背景,采用Autocad与FLAC~(3D)-Extruder地质建模软件建立三维数值分析模型,之后借助专业分析软件FLAC3D对地下厂房硐室开挖及大体积混凝土浇筑全过程进行三维数值模拟计算,主要研究地下厂房硐室开挖及混凝土浇筑全过程中硐室围岩的应力、应变、塑性区变化特征以及锚杆、喷层支护结构的受力特征。研究结果表明:采用分期开挖方式,在施工过程中不会出现异常情况,采用锚喷支护后,硐周的围岩稳定特性较好,锚杆和喷层受力状态较为合理,说明所采用的施工开挖方式和选择的锚喷支护参数是可行的。该研究成果具有一定的指导意义,可为工程管理、开挖支护及监测设计提供参考依据。

Abstract:Taking a hydropower station as the engineering background,three-dimensional numerical analysis model is es-tablished based on autocad and FLAC3D-Extruder geological modeling software,three-dimensional numerical simulation analysis of cavern excavation and whole process of large volume concrete smooth pouring of underground powerhouse is done,so as to study the variation characteristics of stress,strain and plastic zone of cavern surrounding rock,and the mechanical characteris-tics of bolt and shotcrete layer structure during the process of cavern excavation and large volume concrete smooth pouring of underground powerhouse. The study results show that:any abnormal situations are not appeared during the construction process by using stage excavation method,the stability of cavern surrounding rock is good,the anchor and shotcrete stress state are rea-sonable with the support of shotcrete,which further indicated that the excavation method and parameters of bolting and shot-crete support are feasible. The above study results in this paper can provide some technical reference for engineering manage-ment,excavation supporting and monitoring design.
