我国隔膜法烧碱技术发展趋势

摘    要:
我国隔膜法烧碱产能占全部产能的80%左右,既有扩张阳极改性隔膜电解槽,也有少量的石墨阳极电解槽存在,多数是盒式阳极、改性隔膜、铁网阴极,技术水平远远落后于先进国家。针对这一现状,建议尽快在我国推广使用小极距、改性隔膜、活性阴极等技术,并加大力度研制开发新的盐水精制技术,增强隔膜法烧碱的国际竞争力。

Abstract:
Domestic diaphragm-membrane caustic soda capacity is about 80% of total.In China,there are both modified diaphragm electrolyzers with expanded anode poles and a few graphite anode pole electrolyzers.And most of them are cassette anode poles,modified diaphragm membranes and iron netting athode poles.The technique levels are far behind those of developed countries.In view of this situation,it is proposed to spread the techniques,such as small distance of pole plates,modified diphragm-membrane,active cathode at home as soon as possible.It should be put more efforts to research and develope new techniques of brine refinement in order to strengthen competence of domestic diaphragm-membrane caustic soda in the world.
