环保型浓缩液在电液控制系统中的工业性试验

摘    要:考察了环保型液压支架浓缩液在液压支架电液控制系统中对电液控制系统及阀件、液压支架、液箱及泵站等各部件的影响。通过在电液控制液压支架中的实际应用,表明环保型液压支架浓缩液具有优良的稳定性和防锈性等综合性能,很好地适应了目前过滤精度要求较高的电液控制系统,能充分保障电液控制液压支架系统正常运行。

Abstract:The influence of concentrate hydraulic fluid on electric-hydraulic control system,valve,hydraulic powered support,fluid container and pumping station were researched in the electric-hydraulic control system of the hydraulic powered support.The industrial test showed that concentrate hydraulic fluid has outstanding stability and anticorrosion property,which suits the higher filtering requirement of electric-hydraulic control system and fluid fully ensures the normal working of hydraulic powered support equip...
