摘    要:针对某汽轮机组高压外缸上下缸负温差的问题,通过收集运行工况数据,探讨设备内部结构,对进汽管滑环式密封环卡涩这一问题进行了分析和处理,对缸体及轴封套变形进行全面检查处理,彻底解决了负温差过大的问题.

Abstract:According to negative differential temperature between upper and lower cylinder of HP Cylinder in 362MW steam turbine,many parameter data are collected and inner structure of HP cylinder is investigated to solve slip-ring seal jam in steam admission pipe and gland corridor distort.Cylinder and shaft seal cover distortion are thoroughly checked and treated to eliminate excessive high negative differential temperature.
