| Abstract: | The essential staff is the basis of enterprise development, how to stabilize and display the backbones function？ This article started with a perspective of essential staff role characteristic, combined with practical human resource management experiences in recent years, summarized and put forward several emphases in essential staff management, from post inventorying, occupation programming , the personalization drives to demission disposal, pro-vide a reference on how to manage the essential staff for enterprises. |
