摘    要:关键员工是企业发展的根本,文章从透视关键员工的角色特性入手,结合近年来人力资源管理实战经验,总结并提出了岗位盘点、职业规划、个性激励、机制约束、离职处理等关键员工管理中应把握的几个重点。

Abstract:The essential staff is the basis of enterprise development, how to stabilize and display the backbones function? This article started with a perspective of essential staff role characteristic, combined with practical human resource management experiences in recent years, summarized and put forward several emphases in essential staff management, from post inventorying, occupation programming , the personalization drives to demission disposal, pro-vide a reference on how to manage the essential staff for enterprises.
