摘    要:
元宝山发电有限责任公司600 MW汽轮机组投产后存在高压缸效率偏低,高、中压缸通流能力不足,机组热耗率高等问题。针对以上问题,更换了高压缸通流部分缺损的汽封块,对高、中、低压缸通流表面采用高压水枪进行冲洗,并在汽轮机分解前及组装后分别进行对轮中心调整及复查、精调,同时进行了以下治理:通过改用压硅胶法测量通流间隙、提高汽封间隙调整质量等措施提高汽轮机缸体效率;在机组大修前后进行试验时,对轴封系统进行诊断;对轴系进行振动测试,对汽封块背弧进行加工,更换损坏的轴瓦下瓦块,以提高轴系稳定性。采取以上措施后,高、中压缸效率得以提高,机组热耗率明显降低,同时节能效果显著。

Abstract:
The high pressure cylinder was in low efficiency, the now passage ability of high and intermediate pressure cylinders was insufficient, and the unit heat consumption rate was high when the 600 MW steam turbine put into operation in Yuanbaoshan Power Generation Co.,Ltd.. Therefore, exchanging the defective packing ring of flow passage in high pressure cylinder, rinsing the flow passage surface with water cannons, adjusting and reviewing to the center before breaking down and post assembling of the turbine. And carry out the following treatment: using silica gel method of measuring flow gap, to improve the quality of seal clearance adjustment and other measures to improve the efficiency of steam turbine cylinder; during tests before and after overhaul of the unit, make the shaft seal system diagnosis; on shafting vibration test, the gland back arc processing, to replace the damaged bearing segment, to improve the stability of shaft system. After the above measures the energy-saving effect is remarkable.
