摘    要:半轴套管正挤横轧工艺是我国自行开发的拥有独立知识产权并具有国际先进水平的新工艺,研究了半轴套管正挤横轧时变形金属受迫流动的规律,讨论了影响金属流动变形的主要因素,提出了提高轧件精度与质量的措施。

Abstract:A new technological of forward extrusion and cross rolling applied to process the rear shaft sleeve was self-developed by China,which possesses independent intellectual property rights and attained the international advanced level as well.The technology also has instinct social economical benefits and broad speading and applying prospect. Therefore, it has important values to investigate the deformation mechanism of the technology and the flow rules of the resisited metal.
