摘    要:改进了国家标准NY/T 761-2008蔬菜中残留毒死蜱检测方法的前处理方法。优化的GCFPD检测方法的回收率为80.5%95.5%,检出限达到0.01 mg/kg,相对标准偏差在2.5%95.5%,检出限达到0.01 mg/kg,相对标准偏差在2.5%7.2%之间。所改进的前处理方法效果显著,优化的检测方法简便、准确、可靠,可应用于蔬菜中毒死蜱残留的检测。

Abstract:The pretreatment methods of NY/T 761 - 2008 for detecting pesticide residues chlorpyrifos in vegetable have been optimized. At the same time GC - FPD detection method was built. The results showed that the recovery of the optimized GC - FPD detection method ranged between 80.5% -95.5%, detection limits reached 0. 01 mg/kg, the relative standard deviation ranged between 2.5% -7.2%. The optimized pretreatment method has good result and the new detection method built is accurate, and easy to operate.
