导弹飞行试验正交设计与优化

摘    要:针对导弹飞行试验在导弹的研制、定型过程中发挥着越来越重要的作用,结合导弹飞行试验特点与正交试验设计特性,提出了利用正交试验设计来安排导弹飞行试验的方法。通过分析导弹定型飞行试验的主要影响因素,建立了飞行试验正交设计模型。通过正交试验设计,一方面在保证提供足够试验信息的前提下减少了试验的次数,从而减少试验费用和缩短研制周期,同时也有利于防止出现重复试验和漏掉必要试验的情况,在实际试验中具有较强的应用参考价值。

Orthogonal Design and Optimizationfor Missile Flight Experimentation
Abstract:Since missile flight experimentation plays a more and more important role in the research and design of missile,the orthogonal design was applied to arrange the experimentation of missile flight based on characteristics of missile flight experimentation and orthogonal design.According to the analysis of main factors of the missile flight experimentation,the model of the orthogonal design of the missile flight was established.By adopting the orthogonal design in missile flight experimentation,on the one hand,the times of experimentation were reduced with precondition that enough information was guaranteed.On the other hand,it is helpful to avoid repetitive experimentation or the necessary ones were omitted.The orthogonal design is very valuable in the practical application.
