摘    要:将伪随机数的宽带大幅度Dther(抖动)技术应用于高速、高精度A/D转换器(ADC)中,能够将量化噪声随机化,提高ADC的分辨率,在统计意义上减小微分非线性(DNL)误差,改善ADC的动态性能.针时流水线型ADC结构,根据各个子ADC输入信号的特点,提出动态可重构宽带大幅度Dither结构.将大幅度Dither分别引入ADC芯片内部各个子ADC中,在改善ADC动态性能的同时,使Dither动态调整更加灵活且有针对性,降低了Dither结构中DAC的位数和功耗.

Abstract:Wideband and large amplitude PN-based dither,which is widely used in high-speed and high-resolution A/D converter,can reduce DNL of ADC in statistical sense and enhance its dynamic performance.A dynamic reconfigurable dither structure with wideband and large voltage amplitude for pipelined ADC structure was proposed,which was introduced into each sub-ADC in the A/D converter.It has been demonstrated that the proposed dither structure can effectively improve performance of the ADC and make dither dynamic adj...
