聚天冬氨酸的合成研究

摘    要:以马来酸为原料,通过三步反应合成了聚天冬氨酸。聚天冬氨酸合成的最佳工艺条件为:马来酸与尿素的摩尔比为1/0.95,反应温度为95.0℃,反应时间为3.75 h,马来酸铵盐与磷酸的质量比为1/0.55,氢氧化钠的用量为7.5 mL,水解温度为45℃,水解时间为55 min。此时,聚天冬氨酸的产率为83.0%。

Abstract:Using maleic as raw material,poly-aspartic acid was synthesized by three steps.The optimum conditions of synthesis of poly-aspartic acid were as follows:molar ratio of maleic to urea 1/0.95,reaction temperature 95.0 ℃,reaction time 3.75 h,mass ratio of maleic ammonium to phosphoric acid 1/0.55,amount of sodium hydroxide 7.5 mL,hydrolysis temperature 45 ℃,hydrolysis time 55 min.Under these conditions,the yield of PASP was 83.0%.
