摘    要:研究了纯铜表面Au/纳米SiC颗粒复合镀层的制备工艺,特别是镀液中SiC悬浮量及阴极电流密度对复合共沉积的影响.通过扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)等对镀层的形貌、成分、结构组成进行了分析,结果表明镀层中复合了一定量的纳米SiC.显微硬度结果显示,复合镀层的显微硬度较纯金镀层有很大的提高.

Abstract:The electroplating process of Au/nano-SiC composite coatings was studied,especially the effects of nano-SiC concentration of electrolyte and cathode current density on codeposition.The morphologies,components and microstructures of coatings were measured by scanning electron microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrum(EDS),X-ray diffraction(XRD) etal,and the results show the coatings contain some quantity of nano-SiC particles.The results from testing microhardness of coatings indicate that the microhardness can be greatly improved by composite electroplating gold with nanometer particles comparing to pure gold electroplating.
