摘    要:保健食品作为一类特殊食品,在慢病预防、健康促进、生命质量提升等方面发挥着重要的作用。为促进我国保健食品产业的健康、可持续及高质量发展,本文总结了我国保健食品标准化工作现状,分析了存在的问题,提出了建议和展望。目前我国保健食品标准体系亟待系统科学的顶层设计,一些重要标准缺失,标准体系也未能发挥其支撑法律法规体系的作用。建议建立健全我国保健食品标准体系,满足标准供给侧结构性改革需求;加快保健食品重要国家标准制修订进程,满足行业高质量发展需求;完善保健食品法律法规体系与标准体系良好协同配套机制,满足“四个最严”监管要求。

Abstract:Health food, which is a specific type of food, plays an important role in chronic disease prevention, health promotion and life quality improvement. In order to promote the healthy, sustainable and high-quality development of Chinese health food industry, this paper summarizes the current situation of health food standardization works in China, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward suggestions and prospects. The top-level design of the health food standard system in China is urgently needed, and some important standards are still missing, and the standards system also fails to play its role in supporting the legal and regulatory system. To promote the healthy, sustainable, and high-quality development of the Chinese health food industry, this paper suggestes setting up and strengthening the health food standard system to meet the demand of the standardization in supply-side structural reform, to develop the important standards as soon as possible to meet the needs of high-quality development of the industry, and to improve the health food laws and regulations system and standard system of good coordination supporting mechanism to meet the "the four strictest" regulatory requirements.
