| Abstract: | In this paper, a small and exquisite angle meter based on photoelectric mini encoder and MCS 89C2051 introduced.Some new ideas, such as using hanging weight as base line and attaching the meter to measured object by magnetic drawing are brought forth tor the first time. Therefore, this device is very convenient on some occassions. |
