摘    要:
利用稀土银合金制作车载DVD主轴电机换向器,在70℃和常温下进行负载寿命试验。结果发现,该电机的使用寿命超过规定值的80%以上,表现出高度的可靠性和稳定性;换向器的磨损机制以磨料磨损为主,70℃下连续运行3 600 h后,其Ag层厚度剩余2/3以上。

Application of RE-Containing Ag-Based Alloy in High-Performance Automobile Micromotors
Abstract:
A RE-containing silver alloy was applied to fabricate commutators of DVD spindle drive motors used in automobiles. Life tests of this motor were conducted at room temperature and at 70℃. It is shown that the life of this motor is increased over 80% compared with the required value.Furthermore,its performance is stable and reliable during the life test.The main wear mechanism of the commutator was abrasive wear.After rotating at 70℃ for 3 600 h, the thickness of the remaining silver alloy layer is more than two thirds of its original state.
