双键临氢异构化反应研究制备异戊烯醇

摘    要:以负载型0.5% Pd/Al2O3为催化剂,进行3-甲基-3-丁烯醇双键临氢异构化制备异戊烯醇的反应.考察了催化剂制备条件对反应结果的影响,由BET分析对其进行表征,发现提高焙烧温度对催化剂表面结构影响不大,但是可以提高催化剂的活性和选择性.实验结果表明,适当降低反应温度和氢气浓度,有利于提高反应的选择性.采用600℃...

Abstract:The hydroisomerization of double bond in 3-methyl-3-butenol to form prenyl alcohol was carried out with supported 0.5%Pd/Al2O3 as catalyst.The effects of catalyst preparation conditions on the hydroisomerization were studied and then the catalyst was characterized by BET analysis.It was found that,when the calcination temperature of the catalyst was enhanced,the catalyst activity and selectivity increase but has no obvious influence on the catalyst superficial structure.Experimental results show that the de...
