声悬浮无容器处理的实验研究及有限元分析

摘    要:利用自行研制的单轴式超声悬浮装置,实现密度为7.9g/cm3钢球的稳定悬浮。通过实验研究不同反射面对声场悬浮性能的影响,分析实验过程中小球沿凹球面壁运动的现象。采用有限元方法对声场进行数值计算和模拟。结果表明,数值分析能很好地解释声悬浮中常见的物理现象,对进一步研究声悬浮的稳定性和先进材料的无容器处理技术有一定的借鉴意义。

Abstract:A single-axis acoustic levitator was developed, which can levitate steel ball with density of 7.9 g/cm~ 3 stably. Different reflectors are selected to study the levitation performance in experiment. Numerical calculation and simulation of acoustic field using finite element method (FEM) are performed and the phenomenon that the sample moved along the concave surface of the reflector was analyzed. The result indicates that numerical analysis can interpret the physical phenomenon of acoustic levitation. It is helpful to study more about containerless processing of advanced material and stability of acoustic levitation.
