摘    要:分析了直缝埋弧焊管焊缝附近母材缺欠的无损检测及确认较为困难的原因。介绍了直缝埋弧焊管焊缝附近母材缺欠的危害及其主要类型(母材分层、母材夹杂(渣)、母材裂纹等)。就管线标准相关条款对该类缺欠判定的不一致性提出了异议,通过验证焊管焊缝附近母材缺欠无损检测和金相试验的结果,总结了此类缺欠定位、定性的方法,为焊管制造厂防范和应对焊缝附近母材缺欠提供了简单可行的处理途径。

Abstract:In this article, it analyzed base metal imperfections adjacent to SAWL pipe weld and the causes of imperfections confirmation difficuhy, and introduced the hazard and main types of imperfections, such as laminations, inclusions, cracks and so on. It put forward dissent for discordance of determining the above imperfections in corresponding specifications. Through verifying NDT and metallographic test results of base metal imperfections adjacent to weld, it summarized defect positioning and qualitative methods, which provides simple and feasible handling methods of preventing imperfections adjacent to weld for welded pipe manufacturers.
