脉冲电镀溶液工作原理及各种性能研究

摘    要:利用电化学测试方法研究脉冲电镀溶液的阴极行为,电流阶跃法测试光剂和辅剂对极化的影响,通过改变各自浓度和电流密度确认实际生产过程中镀液的控制方案,测试了不同条件下的阳极极化曲线分别添加光剂和辅剂时,阳极极化均有不同程度的增加,表明,有机添加剂均会参与阳极成膜。

Abstract:The cathode polarization behavior was studied by using electrochemical testing method.We using Step Sweep to checking how the Additive and Carrier influenced the Cathode,We changed the concentration and current density to imitate the actual production,and we got the control method.The anode behavior was test in different condition,when add the Additive and Carrier in the solution,the polarization was increased,this indicated the organic composition would became a part of anode film.
