| 摘 要： | 研究设计了１台弹簧比压可调的机械密封试验台，并对平衡型波纹管式机械密封的弹簧比压、转速、介质压力、泄漏量以及摩擦扭矩等数据进行了测试。试验表明，运行中的机械密封存在一个适宜的密封工作点，通过对弹簧比压的控制与调节，可实现这一工况。

| Abstract: | A test stand for mechanical seal was designed in which spring pressure can be changed.The spring pressure,rateting speed,medium pressure,leakage and frictional torque,etc.were measured.The results show that an optimal sealing point of the mechanical seal can be obtained by controling and adjusting the spring pressure. |
