环保型水溶性酚醛树脂增强滤纸在机油中的介质相容性

摘    要:以一种水溶性酚醛树脂为研究对象,对其浸渍滤纸在机油中的力学性能保持率及孔结构的变化进行了研究。研究结果表明:与苯丙乳液相比,浸渍滤纸表现出优异的耐油性能,在135℃机油介质中,增强滤纸具有较好的尺寸稳定性,浸泡5d后抗张强度和挺度保持率均在90%以上,耐破度保持率较低,而孔径大小随着浸泡时间变长呈现出逐渐增大的趋势,但总体变化不很显著。

Abstract:A kind of water-soluble phenolic resin and its reinforced paper were studied,including paper’s mechanical strength retention and changes of aperture structure in gasoline and diesel.The results show that the impregnated filter paper has better oil resistance,compared with styrene-acrylic emulsion.In 135℃ mechanical oil medium,the strengthening filter paper has good size stability.Its tensile retention and stiffness retention is more than 90% after five days impregnation,while the burst strength retention is relatively low and aperture structure is not changed very much.The size of the hole diameter tends to increase with the impregnating time becoming longer,but the overall change is not obvious.
