超声波法提取苍耳子油

摘    要:利用超声波法提取苍耳子中的苍耳子油,对不同溶剂、超声时间、料液比、浸泡时间等因素进行研究,并与传统的提取法相比较。结果表明,提取苍耳子油较佳的工艺条件为用乙醇提取,浸泡2 h,超声40 min,每克苍耳子中加入12 mL溶剂。该法提取时间短,提取效率高,并且超声法提取与传统方法提取的苍耳子油的成分无明显差别。

Abstract:Xanthium oil was extracted from Xanthium sibiricum Patr.by ultrasonic method.The factors such as kinds of solvents,time of ultrasonic treatment,ratio of material and soaking time on extraction results were examined.The obtained optimum conditions were using ethanol as solvent,soaking time 2 h,time of ultrasonic treatment 30 min and the ratio of solvent to material 12.The results showed that the ultrasonic extraction was of the advantages of shorter extraction time,higher extraction rate and there was no difference in quality of xanthium oil compared with traditional extraction methods.
