贝叶斯网络在微生物定量风险评估中的应用

摘    要:文章介绍微生物风险评估的基本理论,归纳构建微生物预测模型的软件模块;分析贝叶斯网络的特点,综述其在食源性微生物定量风险评估中的应用。并在该基础上,对贝叶斯网络在微生物定量风险评估中的应用进行展望。

Abstract:In this paper, the basic theory of microbial risk assessment was introduced, and the software modules used to establish predictive microbial models were concluded. The characteristics of Bayesian networks and its application in the food-borne microbial quantitative risk assessment were also summarized. Therefore, its future application in microbial quantitative risk assessment were prospected.
